Rhonda Anderson (Mawmaw) September 28, 1958- April 20, 2024
Rhonda Anderson passed away peacefully at home in the company of her loving family on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
Rhonda, also well-known as Mawmaw, was always the life of the party. Rhonda was always so full of life, love, laughs, sassiness, and an abundance of sarcasm. Rhonda was a lover of animals, warm weather, family time, back porch sittin’, and above all FOOTBALL! Anyone who really knew her can still see her sitting on her porch with a cigarette in one hand and a big red in the other. Rhonda was either loved or hated. There was never really in between. She always knew this and never hesitated to tell anyone; she didn’t mind it either way. Anyone that knew her could only say she was truly one-of-a-kind.
Rhonda had been married to her beloved husband, Scott, for 21 years. She was his whole world. The amount of love they had for each other would not fit into a million lifetimes.
Rhonda leaves behind her husband, three children, Jake (Cindy), Amber, and Kayla (Toby), her brother Bobby McCullough, and her beloved pets, Gippy, LuLu, Mabel, and Don. Rhonda, AKA Mawmaw, also leaves behind six grandchildren who were the lights of her life. Getting to watch them grow, laugh, and play sports made her happy every day. Bryce, Kolby, Evan, Gavin, Jasper, and Ivee were very loved by their mawmaw.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Robert McCullough, her favorite Aunt, Carolyn McHenry, and her past pets, Dezzy, Bruno, Nanny, and Mittens.
As per Rhonda’s request, there will be no services. There will be a Celebration of Life for family and close friends at a future time, still to be determined.
