Adrianne Lucille Shouse, 62, passed away on July 26, 2024. She was born on September 29, 1961, in Terre Haute to Andrew and Matilda Shouse. For many years, she worked at Westminster Village as a Dietary Aid. She took great pride in what she did and loved being able to help the elderly.

Adrianne was a very special person. She had an extremely kind and caring heart and never met a stranger. Adrianne was loved by all who met her, and she loved all her family deeply.

She is survived by her children Moses Ellington and Matilda Ellington, grandchildren Tayna, Rebecca, Ralph, and Amarrio; sister Ardenia Davis (Brian), special aunts Lena and Ora, special nieces and nephews Edwin, Lawrence, Kevin, T-ray, Andrew, Portia, Caleb, and Jermaine; and best friend Gwen Rice.

She is preceded in death by both her parents and siblings Jackie, Marilyn, Kevin, and Lora Shouse.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 4 pm to 6 pm at Samaritan Funeral Home (located at 2425 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807) with a funeral service starting at 6 pm officiated by Bishop Arnick Shouse Sr. Burial at Grandview Cemetery will be held on Tuesday August 13, 2024 at 1pm.
