Alberta "Bertie" M. Clark, 75, passed away on April 5, 2023.  She was born on March 19, 1948 and raised by her parents Wendell Clark and Teressa Hermann Clark.  Alberta was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her son Jon E. Seeling; daughters Julie A. Seeling and Jacqueline M. Fowler (Joseph); sister Emma Lynn Montgomery and her family; grandchildren Jordan Seeling (Samantha), Emily Seeling, Mollie Williams (Austin), Kasey Seeling, and Andriana Funes (Michael); great-grandchildren Carter Mae, Birdie, and April; her cousins, nieces and nephews.  Alberta enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and listening to music.  She graduated from Wiley High School class of 1966.  She retired from Rose Hulman.  Alberta first and foremost loved God; she also loved making others smile and building connections with them.  Visitation for Alberta will be held at Samaritan Funeral Home on Monday, April 10 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with a memorial service starting at 1:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society in support for her life long love of animals.
