Alexis Urquiza, 31, of West Terre Haute passed away on November 30, 2021, at her home. She was born February 24, 1990, to James and Carolin Urquiza. She had a big heart, a wonderful smile, a tremendous hug and loved her kids more than anything. Alexis passed young but she was loved dearly by all who knew her.

Alexis is survived by her children; Tanner and Xander Elkins; her father James J. Urquiza; brother James R. (Melanie) Urquiza; niece Mia Urquiza; nephew Luca Urquiza; Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and several cousins.

She is preceded in death by her daughter McKenna Elkins and mother Carolin.
