Beth Ann (Leavitt) Miller, 71, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Signature Nursing Home in Terre Haute.  She was born to Robert Leavitt and Jeanne (McDermont) Bays in Linton, Indiana on June 30, 1954.  Beth graduated from WJHS in 1972.  She worked as a waitress and for Cook Medical in Spencer, Indiana.  Beth loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Beth is preceded in death by both of her parents; brothers, Mark Leavitt and Robert Todd Leavitt; and sister, Lydia Ann Leavitt.

Beth is survived by her son, Brian Smith (Deanna) of Shoals; daughter, Carol Couch (Steve) of Linton; grandchildren, Hana Wright and Alexis Kent; great-grandchildren, Elle May, Octavia, and Grayson; sisters, Vicki Messick, Mary Leavitt, Sarah Fugate, and Jeri Tullius; brother, Robert Leavitt, Jr.; and step-mother, Billie Leavitt.
