Billy Joe Owens, 60, passed away on November 6, 2022.  He was born in Tipton, IN on April 11, 1962 to Willard "Jake" Owens and Eileen Hornback Stewart. Billy was preceded in death by his father.  He is survived by his mother; wife Tina Knight; daughter Billie Jo Owens; sisters Noraleen Vaught (Michael), Darleen Molchin (Rod), Cathleen Koons (Richard), and Lucina Carter (Tom); grandson Noah Kelich, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Billy was a member of the Moose Lodge #368 in Elwood, IN.  He belonged to the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.  Billy loved to play the guitar and sing music.  He was the life of the party, always making people laugh and even filming himself while doing so.  Billy enjoyed line dancing and singing karaoke.  He loved watching NASCAR, especially with his dad. Billy was a jack of all traits. He never met a stranger and will be deeply missed by many.  There will be a celebration of life for Billy at a later date.
