Brent Ivan Lewis, 56, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. He was born February 7, 1967, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Jasper and Lucy Lewis.

Brent graduated from Terre Haute South High School. He loved to call his mom and discuss their daily watching of the Game Show Network. Brent was also a diehard Colts fan. Family was everything to Brent.

He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Brent is survived by his mother, Lucy Lewis, brother Jasper Lewis (Gail), sisters Patricia Lewis, Joyce Miles (Arlander), Darlene Allen (Harold Jr), Kimberly Lewis-Woodberry (Dale), and Robin Williams (Gene), sons Teyone Lillard (Tenica), and Boston. As well as grandchildren, Trinadi and Anyeia Watson, and Teyone Jr, Tesean and Taraji Lillard, and a future great grandson and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Jasper Lewis and his son Jonathan Charles Watson.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 31, 2023, at Samaritan Funeral Home from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Service will begin at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Pastor Melvin Irving will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery.
