Brian William Lewis, 49, passed away on October 15, 2023. He was born on June 10, 1974 in Chicago, IL to Wayne E. Lewis and Carole M. (Cogler) Lewis. Brian was a truck driver for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed working on cars.
He is survived by his brothers Steven Lewis and Scott Lewis and niece Carole Lewis. He is preceded in death by both parents.
