Brian D. West, 51, of Lewis, Indiana passed away Thursday July 7, 2022 in his residence. Brian was born February 18, 1971 in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his daughter, Samantha West; sons, Max West (Karissa Givens), David West, and Joseph West; biological father, Dennis Funkhouser (Barb); sisters, Angel Thompson and Tammy West; brothers, Denny Duck and Edward Caldwell and several nieces and nephews. Brian was preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Max and Dorothy West. Cremation has been chosen with burial at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City, Indiana.
