Candace M Scamihorn, 67, of Terre Haute passed away on January 20, 2018 at Union Hospital.  She was born on November 28, 1950 to Frank and Patricia Harris.  Candace is preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, Michael and Joseph Brooks. She is survived by her son David Scamihorn; daughter Jessica Purdy (Jeffery); her brother Steve Harris; grandchildren Emily Purdy, Shelby Purdy, Amanda Brooks, and Amber Hyland; and her step-sons Matt and Jay Scamihorn.  Family has chosen cremation for Candace with a memorial service at a later date.  Friends and family will be contacted when a date has been chosen.
