Carl E. Shepherd, 59, of Terre Haute passed away Friday July 17, 2026 in Gibson Family Hospice. He was born August 2, 1966 in Clinton, Indiana to Arthur Shepherd and Doris (Stidman) Bailey. Carl is survived by his sons, Robert Shepherd (Katie), Raymond Shepherd, and Randy shepherd (Danielle); sisters, Donna Snow and Doris Elaine Nichols; brothers, Terry Shepherd and Keith Shepherd and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Bailey; stepfather, Earl Bailey; father, Arthur Shepherd and brothers, Arthur Shepherd and Raymond Shepherd.
