Born in Oceanside , California to Walter "Tex" Bozeman and Mary Jayne Monce Davidson.
Joined in death by her parents, daughter Amber LuAnn Sanchez and lifelong friends Judy Simmons and Lil Hughes.
Survived by her children Jeremy Sanchez, Katrina (Bill) Archer , grandchildren Tyler, Jeremiah, Kyle (Marlee), and Corey Sanchez, Cheyenne Fark and Chevelle Archer, and great grandchildren Atlas , Silas, and baby Vinny.
She moved to Brazil, IN in 1965. She was active in 4h, home ech. and would consistently volunteer for the Veterans hospital in Indianapolis. She lived at the Clay County Humane Society in 1969 for 2 years helping her mom manage the shelter. She graduated from Rosedale High School in 1972. She hitchhiked to Florida where she met the father of her children and second husband, then joined the Blue Grass Shows where he participated in a freak show. She married him in 1974, he joined the army fire department and she spent the next 10 years being a homemaker on military bases all over the country. She settled back in Indiana in 1985. She went to nursing school at Ivy Tech. And worked many years as a CNA at several nursing homes. In 1993 she started working at Normal Life of Terre Haute. She was a resident manager for 8 years. She loved her family, animals , the residents that she cared for, Native American music and making home made fried chicken for truckers. She never knew a stranger. 

Visitation for Carol will be held at Samaritan Funeral home on Monday, September 14 from 2-4:00 PM with a memorial service begining at 4:00 PM. In lou of donations please donate to Clay County Humane society.
