Carolyn Elaine Silva, 84, passed away on November 24, 2023. She was born on October 5, 1939 in Ripley, West Virginia to John Jones and Freda (Lane) Jones. She was a life member of the VFW in Terre Haute and the Auxiliary Lady Bugs in Florida. She enjoyed playing bingo and watching Westerns and Soap Operas. She also collected ladybug-themed items. Most importantly, she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by Cynthia Atterson (Larry), Ricky Holroyd (Tammy), brother John Jones (Yvonne), grandchildren Heather Case (Matt) and Norman Atterson, 7 great-grandchildren, niece Rose Lynn, and several other relatives.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ed Silva and two other husbands, both parents, and brothers Bill Jones and Bob Jones.
