Cathy L. England, 63, of Clinton passed away Monday June 19, 2023 in Union Hospital in Clinton. She was born March 23, 1960 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to James and Betty (Dwyre) Barrett, Cathy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael England; daughter,  Chelsi Manley (Shane); sons, Matthew England (Candice) and Steven England (Laura); sisters, Michele Fell and Betty Spaulding; brother, Charles "Butch" Barrett; grandchildren, Tearston (Ryan), Naomi (Chandler), Drake, Oliver, Chelesa, and Ceci; great-grandchildren, Bradley, Braden, Adley, Nova, Madelynn, and Madison and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Vicki Barrett. Cathy enjoyed doing artwork, working with clay and anything she could find in the yard and woods she was able to do stick modeling and making things from rocks.
