Charlee S. Vicars, 39, of West Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. She was born to Charles Vicars and Susie (Frazier) Vicars on December 3, 1986 in Terre Haute. Charlee loved cleaning and even made a career out of it.

Charlee was a happy-go-lucky person and had an extremely kind soul; she never meet a stranger. She missed her mother deeply, whom preceded her in death in 2009. Charlee loved the beach and loved being a caregiver. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her.

Charlee is preceded in death by her mother.

Charlee is survived by her father; son, Ryne Jeffers; brother, Cole Vicars (Hilary Williams); niece, Charlotte Vicars; Uncles and Aunts, Robin Coffey (Bob), Karen Bolander (Mark), and Gary Frazier (Diane); and several cousins.
