Clifford Townsend Caddell, 82, of Jasonville passed away at 5:49 am Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in his residence. He was born September 28, 1936 in Bogle, IN William Kestersen Cadddell and Frances (Summner) Caddell. Survivors include his wife, Maryanne (Lang) Caddell of Jasonville who he married on October 28, 1978; children, Mark Caddell (Tonya) of West Terre Haute, Matthew Caddell (Becky) of Franklin, Clifford Travis Caddell of Georgia, Lisa Langille (Toney) of Iowa, Kevin Simmers of Chicago, Debra Shahadey (Joe) of West Terre Haute; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings; nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; several siblings and other family. Clifford had worked for 30 years at Standard Register in Terre Haute, 27 years at Shakamak State Park as well owning and operating several of his own businesses. He liked working and staying busy, being outdoors and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family. Cliff was saved last week at the Jasonville Assembly of God Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave., Terre Haute, IN. Cremation was chosen and A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
