Cody Lee Bright, 52, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday July 29, 2017 at 2:30 pm in Union Hospital. Cody was a truck driver. He was born October 25, 1964 in San Antonio, TX to Jimmie Charles Bright and Patricia Ann (Xanders) Bright. He is survived by his wife, Jene (Reed) Bright; his father, Jimmie Charles Bright (Bonnie); his mother, Patricia Ann Krug (Bobby); daughters, Mellissa Neff, Chrystall Hayes, and Tiffany Ritter; step-daughter, Brittany Marshall; step-son, David Black; grandchildren, Morgan DeVanis, Jaxson Milam, Austin, Audrey, Draden, Colton, Haley, Ashley, Joseph, Shiane, and Caden; sister, Melinda Slunder (Gary); brother, Grover Bright (Peggy) and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Jimmie Sue Long. Cody loved fishing, boating, taking care of his yard and just being outdoors. As per his request, cremation has been chosen.
