Constance M. Tharp, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday October 29, 2019 in Union Hospital. She was born May 14, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Sandra Holliman. She is retired from the human resource department at Parkland College. Constance is survived by her daughters, Angie Wilkins, Tomiko Hampton, Roya Ball, and Joyce Tharp; son, Adonis Underwood; husband, Henry Tharp; grandmother, Vivian Berry; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a loving, caring, free spirited person. Visitation will be Saturday November 9, 2019 from Noon until 3:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services at 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
