Danny Wayne Douglas, age 69, of Chrisman, IL passed away Friday, August 12th, 2022. He was married to Lois Montgomery in October of 1973. They were married for 38 years. He is survived by three sons, Monty Douglas, Daniel Douglas, Dustin Douglas & two stepchildren, Thomas Copley & Elizabeth Gannon.

Danny grew up in Metropolis, IL where he attended Massac County High School. He lived in Chrisman, IL for the past 39 years where he enjoyed hunting & fishing. Danny may have had some struggles but lived life to the fullest.  He would do anything for his family and friends. He made everyone who knew him laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories he shared.

Our family is grateful to know that Danny is at peace.

A celebration of life will be held at Fort Massac State Park, Metropolis, IL (Pavilion 1912) on Saturday, August 27th at 12:00 noon, all are welcome to share in the memories. Lunch will be provided.
