Darell E. Pine, 70, of Brazil passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022 at home surrounded by family.  He was born May 5, 1951 in Terre Haute to John and Evelyn Pine.  Darell enjoyed working outdoors in the yard, watching storms, bowling, and he was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.  He loved to play chess with his grandson; often losing but happy knowing he made Evan a good chess player.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of over thirteen years, Beverly Pine, daughter Jennifer Cummins (Doug), sons Douglas Sturgeon and Nate Pine, grandchildren Kennedy Fields (Charlie), Madison Cummins, Evan Sturgeon and Amber Sturgeon, and great granddaughter Aubree Fields.  Darell was preceded in death by his parents.
