David Paul McCullough passed away peacefully in his sleep at Majestic Care North. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas W. McCullough and mother Elnora Craft as well as his Douglas W. McCullough. He is survived by his significant other of 17 years Lorrie Johnson; 2 sisters Jamee Frazier (Mike) and Jill Francis (Scott); 4 nieces Ashli McLaughlin (Blake), Heather McCullough, Jami McCullough (Matt), Jesse McCullough; nephew Jason Ensey; 9 great nephews and 1 great niece. David was an avid Cubs and Colts fan. He had a sense of humor, always making everyone laugh. He was known for feeding all the stray animals in the neighborhood. He loved his dog, Ellie Mae.

In David’s memory, the family asks that donations be made to the Terre Haute Humane Shelter.
