Dawn Marie Vanleeuwen, 44, of Paris, IL died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Paris Healthcare Center. She was born August 3, 1971 in Monroe, Michigan to Ron and Pat Hines.
Dawn is survived by her parents, her children Brittany Pugh, Courtney Pugh, Jessica Pugh and Johnathan Pugh (Connie), 3 grandchildren Duke O'Rourke, Damien Pugh and Chloe Modglin, her boyfriend, Steve Harmon. Also surviving are 2 brothers, Bo Vivian and Kenny Hines and 4 sisters, Jennifer Chandler, Connie Lawson, Rhonda Biese and Cindi Cloven. Dawn attended Paris First Christian Church.

Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 pm Monday November 16, 2015 at Samaritan Affordable Funerals and Cremation Services, 2425 Wabash Ave. with funeral services at 2:00 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Tim Fagg officiating.
