Deborah L. McCormick, 61, of Carlisle, passed away at her residence on March 5, 2019. She was born in Terre Haute on June 30, 1957 to Alfred Luebbers and Charlotte (Garner) Luebbers. She was a CNA. Deborah was preceded in death by her mother, a son Bruce McCormick, a daughter Michelle Fisher, sisters Lita Simmons, Veronica Luebbers, and a brother Billy Luebbers. Survivors include her father Alfred Luebbers, a sisters Laura (Michael) Peterson, Michelle McCabe, Nina Bolton, brother Jody Luebbers, former husband Curt McCormick, sons Thomas McCormick, Paul McCormick, daughter, Nicole Simons, daughter in-law, Jacqueline Almon grandchild Taylor Lovins, and nieces Shainna Sturgis, Jessica Peterson, Jennifer Weaver, Sonja Luebbers, and many great nieces and nephews that loved Debbie very much.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday March 16, 2019 at Samaritan Funeral Home, located at 2425 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute with Rev. Ben Cassiday and David Simpson officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until services. Online condolences may be made to www.samaritanfunerals.com.
