Debra A. Fletcher, 64, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at 10:55 pm in Union Hospital. She was a Registered Nurse. Debra was born May 11, 1952 in Rochester, MN to Eugene Ayer and Irene Ayer. She is survived her husband, James Fletcher; a son, Jody Bush (Corinna); brothers, Mic Ayer, Daryl Ayer, and Rodney Ayer; a sister, Beverly Ayer; grandchildren, Tanisha Bush, Jody Bush, Jr. and Tyesha Bush who was a big help with her grandma; a step-daughter, Crystal Fletcher; step-sons, James Fletcher, Jr., Steven Fletcher (Ashley), and Matthew Fletcher and several nieces and nephews. Per her request cremation has been chosen. Samaritan Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave. is in charge of arrangements.
