Dexter Eugene Marshall, Sr., 66, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026.  He was born to Jesse James Marshall and Wanda Louise (Trueblood) Marshall on July 30, 1959 in Terre Haute.  Dexter worked as a plumber for Marshall's Plumbing & Drain for 47 years and loved his work.  He married the love of his life, Rosalee (Powell) Marshall on June 16, 2000.

In his free time, Dexter enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting.  He also had a love of old cars – he had planned to build one of his own.  Dexter could also be found tinkering in his garage quite often.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Dexter is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Dexter is survived by his loving wife; children, Jennifer Auman (Alan), Dexter Marshall, Jr. (Camie), Nikki Marshall (Paul); grandchildren, Owen, Ethan, Cillian, Jameson, Lincoln, Lucan; step-grandchildren, Levi, Landon, Liam; siblings, Jimmy Marshall (Lou), Rebecca Rozina, Jaqueline Marshall, Stevie Marshall, Katie Bennett (Brian), Debbie Smith (Doug); and several nieces and nephews.
