Donna Kay Whitlow, 69, of Clay City passed away in her home surrounded by family on November 17, 2019 at 2:15 PM.  She was born on January 10, 1950 in Indianapolis, IN to Dwight and Hazel-Spice Bryant. She graduated Emmerich Manual High School in 1968. She served 5 years in the Air Force. Donna is survived by her children: Ted West(Kim), Shawn West, and Heather West; Siblings: Paula Knoop; Grandchildren: Kelsie West, Meloney Collins, Tyler Winfree, Ashley West, Hannah Dudley(Blake), Elizabeth West, Brooke and Ryner Parish, Brittani Shew; Great-grandchildren: Delilah East, Ella Collins, Paxton Drury, and Brynleigh Parish. Cremation has been chosen per Donna's wishes.
