Doris J. Wilson, 82, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Signature Healthcare.  She was born April 11, 1938 in Texas to Archie and Flora Knoll.  Doris enjoyed crocheting, gardening and yard work.  She was a member of Higher Ground Christian Center.  Most of all Doris loved spending time with her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Doris is survived by her daughters Dianna Bear (Mike), Debbie Shonk (Mike), Tamie Beard, Madonna Cutler (Byron), and Penny Stafford (Steve), grandchildren Michael Shonk, Leslie Rhodes, Jessica Beard, Angela Shonk, Crystal Jones, Nicholas Jones, Jennifer Woods, Brittany Jones, Isaac Shonk, Jill Beard, Megan Steele, Christian Stafford, and Jake Stafford;  thirteen great grandchildren, sister Dorothy Christenberry (Melvin), and brother Donald Knoll (Joyce).

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Archie Allen Wilson, four grandchildren, and several siblings.
