Dr. Joanne Wilson, DVM, passed on December 25, 2025 with her husband by her side.

In her free time, Joanne loved gardening and rock hunting. She also enjoyed feeding birds and beekeeping with her husband.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Wilson, siblings Carol, John (Lisa), Diane, Roger (Tess), Gerald, Daniel, and Suzanne (Larry); nieces Sophia and Christiana; siblings-in-law John (Elizabeth) and Linda (Jim); and their children Daniel, Erin, Clara, and Eloise.

She is preceded in death by her father Arthur Boguse and brother Alan Boguse.

The family of Joanne would like to extend a special thank you to Southern Care Hospice and Tracy Bonewell, caregiver and good friend.

At Joanne's request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by check to the Spay-Neuter League, in care of Sally Cox, located at 5659 Pecos Ln, Terre Haute, IN 47805.
