Edmond Glen Stines Jr., 75, passed away on January 26, 2024. He was born on March 6, 1948 in Monroe County to Edmund G. Stines and Wilma P. (Bock) Sisson. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran in the 101st Airborne for the U.S. Army serving as a helicopter gunman and crew chief. He resided in Owen County with his wife, Rachel Janine Stines.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, sisters Elizabeth Anne Foster and Laurel Lee Brinson, and brothers Richard Allen Stines and Joseph Ray Stines. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.
