Edwin L. Glaspie, Jr., "Fast Eddie", died August 1, 2024, from congestive heart failure and pneumonia.  He was born July 21, 1956, to Edwin L. Glaspie, Sr. and Bernice Imogene (Waggoner) Glaspie.

Survivors include his wife Karen, children Edwin L. Glaspie III (Tiffany), Tricia Glaspie, and James Glaspie (Allison); siblings Albert Glaspie (Debbie), Elizabeth Gabbard (Randy), and Rhonda Glaspie; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his beloved dog Charley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Diana Glaspie and grandchild Tyler.

Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home.
