Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Art, 62, of Terre Haute passed away December 29, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving friends and pets. Libby was born January 17, 1956 and was a lifelong resident of Terre Haute.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Al Withrow.  Libbie had many interests and careers.  She worked as graphic designer for Terre Haute Engraving, as a waitress for Sycamore Farms, as an instructor for Community School of the Arts and as an artist.  Libbie loved her horses and competed in the sport of dressage for many years.  Libbie was an accomplished, award winning artist whose work was known regionally.  She loved to talk about art, teach and share her own art.  She will be greatly missed by her many friends and the arts community of Terre Haute.
