Elizabeth "Libby" L. Riggs, 78, passed away August 24, 2022.  She was born to Harry and Elizabeth Landers on June 29, 1944.  Libby was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband, Ed Riggs.  She is survived by her brother Richard B Landers and sister-in-law Mary Melloh-Landers of Columbus; daughters Dawn Laszewski and Britnie Antrim; grandchildren Tori Heien Binkley, Clayton Heien, and Claira Antrim; great-grandchildren Javan, Laekin, Lylah; several nieces and nephew.  Libby belonged to Daughters of the Nile.  She was former First Lady of Sycamore Club.  Libby belonged to her sorority Beta Sigma Phi and was House mom for Phi Delta Theta.  Libby loved to cook, dance, and spending a lot of her time making flower arrangements for her neighbors at Sycamore Manor.  Libby passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.  Family members will be celebrating her life privately.
