Frank Fisher, 84, of Riley, passed away on February 18, 2020 at Meadows Manor East.  He was born on January 10, 1936 to William Fisher and Irene Dildine Fisher.  He is preceded in death by his parents as well as his grandson Joshua Graham.  Frank is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie Sue Fisher; 5 children Scott and Stephanie Fisher, Rene Lewis and Sam Cash, Jean and Will Frankel, Antina and Matt Bischof, as well as Rachel and Shane Holstine; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving Frank are his brothers, Ernie Fisher, his wife Pat, and Bill Fisher, his wife Linda. Frank was a retired sheet metal worker. He had just received a 60 year pin from Local #20.  He served his country in the United States Army. Frank enjoyed spending time outdoors in the garden. He farmed with his father and brothers.  During Frank's retirement he enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. He loved fixing up bikes so that he could give them away to kids.  Visitation for Frank will be held at Samaritan Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22 from 11:00-1:00 with funeral services starting at 1:00 PM.  Burial at Oak Hill Cemetery will follow.
