Gabriel L. Clay, 17, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday May 9, 2018 in his residence. He was a Junior at Terre Haute South Vigo high School. Gabriel was born April 17, 2001 in Terre Haute to Joseph L. Clay and Deana Marie Morris. He is survived by his father, Joseph L. Clay (Andrea); his mother, Deana M. Cheatham; brothers, Dominic Clay, Elias Cheatham, and Logan Floyd; sisters, Cherish Morris and Jazmine Clay; grandparents, Barbara Edwards, Rosa Clay, Robert Edwards, and Renee Henderson and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Gabriel loved Star Wars, he also loved playing video games, writing, art, playing Dungeons and Dragons and eating ice cream. He had been a member of the Boy Scouts of America. Visitation will be Thursday May 17, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm in the funeral home with friends and family sharing stories.
