Gloria A. Cowan of Rockville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 3:30pm. Gloria was born April 18th,1954 in Berea, Ohio to Robert and Patricia Blackie of Ohio. She was preceded in death by both her parents, her younger sister Sharon Cissell of Houston, Texas. and younger brother Brian Blackie of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her long time husband, partner, and best friend David Lee of Rockville, Indiana and her brother Robert Blackie of Plainfield, Indiana. She is also survived by her loving children, Patricia Arms longtime caregiver and daughter, and twin sons James Lantzy of Brazil, Indiana and Paul Lantzy of Greencastle, Indiana and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was on hospice at home when she passed on to be with her Lord and Savior. Gloria was a very special partner, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to so many and will be missed by all. She enjoyed crocheting, watching Law and Order, and loved all her animals; even all the neighborhood friendly strays had a spot on the back deck. She loved riding motorcycles with David as they held the position of Chapter Directors of the GWRRA Indiana Goldwing Road Riders ASSOCIATION. from 2001-2005. A celebration of life gathering will be announced at a later date.

She also has an animal fund and helps with homeless pets.
