Hans C. Turner, 69, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday July 6, 2024 in Hutsonwood at Brazil. He was a retired Electrical Aircraft Engineer. Hans was born April 20, 1955 in Vincennes, Indiana to Clyde and Mary (Dickens) Turner. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Lesa (Switzer) Turner; son, Matthew Turner; sister, Tammy Turner; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leslie and Joan Switzer; brother-in-law, Rick Switzer (Stella) and nephew, Mike Switzer and family. Hans was a graduate of Marshall High School and Southern Illinois University. He enjoyed going to air shows and riding in biplanes with his friends. He liked to play golf in his younger days and was an avid NASCAR fan. Visitation will be Thursday July 11, 2024 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
