Hazel Louise Perry, 79 of Terre Haute, In. passed away on Sunday April 17, 2022 at her home. Hazel was born September 25, 1942 to Anna Edwards and Floyd Kennedy. She was preceded in death by both parents. She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Robert Perry, her children; Jeanne Maloney, Judi Lengacher (Mark), Jerry Leturgez (Soni), Mark Perry (Phyllis). Grandchildren; Erik, Nikole, James, Darin, Dylan, Elijah, Elynna and Morgan. Great Grandchildren; Alex, Meri, Gabby, Emie, Mallory, River, Thaddeus, and Anastasia. Sister-in-laws; Hope, Roxie, Mona, Flora, Patty, and Linda. Brother-in-laws; Russell and Jay. Also Cousin Greenwell many Nieces and Nephews.

No formal public services will be held, but the family asks for anyone to make a donation in her name to any of several organizations listed ( Kidney Foundation, Riley Children's Hospital, or Shriners Children's Hospital).
