Ila Kay Millis, 61, of West Terre Haute passed away Thursday August 9, 2018 at 9:05 am in her residence. She was born May 21, 1957 in Pioche, NV to Kent Kirkman and Ila Jill (Deck) Kirkman. She is survived by daughters, Carrie Britt (Edward), Rebecca Kirkman, Erin Millis, and Kathy Millis; a son, Arthur Millis; sisters, Nola Eck (James) and Melinda Rippetoe; brothers, Kenny Rippetoe, Allen Rippetoe, Mike Rippetoe, and Mark Rippetoe; grandchildren, Kaden Raffeo, Logan Millis, Liam Millis, Brennen Millis, Avery Rodrigues Malandies Rodrigues, Sarah Thompson, and Kayley Kirkman; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Thompson, JR Thompson, and Keegan Kirkman and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and brothers, Brian Kearney and HR Kearney. Ila was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt and was a wonderful cook.
