Jack Ray Knopp, 80, of Terre Haute passed away surrounded by his loved ones, Thursday July 12, 2018 at 3:40 pm in Methodist Hospital. He was a bricklayer for the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local #4. He was born December 4, 1937 in Terre Haute to William Jacob Knopp and Beulah Alice (Beatty) Knopp. Jack is survived by a son, Jeff Knopp (Kathleen) of Dana; daughters, Karan Criss (Richard) of Brazil and Diana Reedy of North Dakota; sisters, Charlotte Williamson (Bill) and Grace Smith (Dale); grandchildren, Keely Rose Criss, Oliviaraye Knopp, Chris LaFleur, Ryan LaFleur, and Brandon Reedy and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of the American Legion Post #2 in Brazil and Montezuma Independent Baptist Church. Visitation will be Tuesday July 17, 2018 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services at 7:00 in the funeral home with Pastor Keith McIntyre officiating.
