Jacob (Jakey) Boone Parksey was born in Brazil, Indiana, on November 7, 1984, to Ann (Annie) Pell. He passed away on March 12, 2024. Jakey enjoyed spending his time with his nephew, Dontay (Sanders) Parksey, and his built-in-brother, Chuck Eyre (Sieiarra Eyre), fishing. His favorite time was spent outdoors camping with his family. He was also known for his dad-sized bowl of cereal in the evening. When he wasn't with his family, he worked as a PCC for the Bricklayers Union. Jakey was a fun dad who loved spending time with his children. He particularly enjoyed being an uncle. He was forever grateful to his best friend, fiance, and everything in between, Brandi Braswell. He was preceded in death by his brother, Heath Parksey, and grandparents, Charles (Fran) and Jane Pell. He is survived by his fiance Brandi Braswell; his children: Gracie, Payton, Malakhi, Skylynn, Jude, and Landon Parksey, Jazmine Whitmer; his mother Annie Pell Russell (Tim); his siblings: Todd Britton, Harley Phelps (David), Andrew Russel (Ashley), and all of their children; Built-in-brother Chuck Eyre and his wife Sieiarra; he is also survived by his extended family and friends There will be a private service for the family, with a celebration of life to follow on March 23, 2024, at the Brazil VFW from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The celebration of life will have a pitch in dinner.
