Jacqulyn "Jackie" Spiegel, 65, of West Baden Springs passed on January 7th, 2024 with her family by her side.  She was born on December 21, 1958 in Centralia, IL to Donald Troutt and Shirley (Melton) Troutt.  Jackie is survived by her fiancé Clyde Dalton of West Baden Springs, IN; mother Shirley Troutt; brother David Troutt; sister Martha Haywood (John Haywood) of Centralia, IL; children Jamie Houle (Brian Jerrell) of North Vernon, IN, Josh Houle (May Dickens) of West Baden Springs, IN, Zack Houle and fiancé Jamie Beechler of Terre Haute, IN, Ciera Balkenbusch (Craig Balkenbusch) of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren Jackson Houle, Joshua Houle, Mia Balkenbusch, Chloe Balkenbusch, and Oliver Balkenbusch; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as her adopted daughter, Timberlyn Dalton of Oklahoma City, OK.  Jackie was preceded in death by her father Donald Troutt; sister Ruth Frazier; husband Daniel Spiegel.  Jackie graduated from Centralia High School class of 1978.  She moved to Terre Haute, IN to raise her children with their father (Randy Houle) and spent her working life in Automotive Parts and Services.  She enjoyed spending time with her goats.  Jackie loved her family dearly and loved helping anyone who needed her.  There will be a celebration of Life for family and friends on Friday, January 12 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Orangeville Community Center, 5151 North County Road 500 West, Orleans, IN 47452.  Flowers can be sent to 4919 West County Road 425 North, West Baden Springs, IN 47469.
