James C. Cox, 83, of Greencastle, passed away Tuesday February 25, 2020 in his residence. James was retired from Ford Motor Company. He was born February 2, 1937 in Greencastle to A.J. and Vera Maxine (Robinson) Cox. James is survived by his wife, Janet (Kirby) Cox; daughters, Cindy Benson, Brenda Blackmon, and Amanda Gatton (Christopher); son, James F. Cox (Cindy); six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He loved fishing, watching NASCAR, going to the ocean where he enjoyed metal detecting, and camping.
