James "Wiley' Hoffman, 85, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday February 13th. He was born in Brazil on January 26th, 1936, son of Francis and Gladys Hoffman. Wiley was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Sheryl Hoffman Hunt, and his wife Edith Joan Hoffman. Wiley is survived by his children, Bill (Kathy)Burdine, Ben (Becky) Hoffman, Rebecca (Elden) Eirhart, and 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Wiley worked at General Housewares and retired after 35 years. He was active as one of Jehovah's Witnesses for 74 years, and enjoyed spending time in the ministry. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. A memorial service for Wiley will be held Saturday February 27th at 2:00.
