James E. "Jimmy Jett" Jones, 59, of Brazil passed away Monday March 20, 2017 surrounded by his family. James was born April 29, 1957 in Terre Haute to Edward Junior Jones and June "Shaw" Jones. He is survived by his parents; his daughters, Torrie Jones and Jamie Jones; sisters, Sharon Dorn and husband Lester, who was his fishing buddy and close friend, Ruth Pugh, and Heather Fields; his hunting buddy and nephew, Jason Dorn; his companion, Candy Torres and her children Paula Torres, Paul Torres, Carla Monagham, and Jenny Torres, several grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Beverly Jones and his brother, Robert "Bobby" Jones. James loved being outdoors hunting and fishing and he enjoyed playing his harmonica. Per James' request, cremation has been selected. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 15, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at The Lodge, 10185 N. County Road, 100E, Brazil.
