James Robert Moore, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Terre Haute Union Hospital.  He was born February 25, 1951 in Zanesville, Ohio to Robert Gene Moore and Naomi Pauline Barrett Moore.  Jim obtained a double Bachelor's degree in History and Mathematics from Ohio State.  He worked as a dialysis technician for over 30 years.  Jim and Kathy loved football especially watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and he was not afraid to say he hated Michigan.  Most of all Jim loved spending time with his beloved family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Kathy Moore, daughter Robyn Michelle Moore (Mark Able), son Cody Athey, grandchildren Isiah Michael Able and Brianna Noel Able, and sister Darlene Shaw (Terry).  Jim is preceded in death by his parents.
