James Edward Nelson, 92, passed away on November 30, 2020 at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville, IN.  He was born on December 19, 1927 to Elbert Nelson and Hilda Trueblood Nelson.  James proceeded in death by both parents; his wife, Patricia as well as 8 brothers and a sister.  He is survived by his brother, John "Jack" Nelson and special friends, Brandon Sciotto, Halie Sciotto, and Austin Sciotto, also Dave Sutherlin.  James was a retired truck driver.  He also served his country in the United States Army.  He loved watching the squirrels and the birds.  Per James's final wishes cremation has been chosen.
