Jeffrey “Jeff” Alan Carnahan, 67, of Dugger, Indiana passed away in his home on Monday, May 18, 2026. He was born to Delbert K. Carnahan and Edrel Aliene (Knight) Carnahan on October 24, 1959 in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeff working in the Newspaper Printing industry for several years and enjoyed his job. He married the love of his life, Deborah “Debbie” (Blake) Carnahan in 1991.

Jeff was an extremely talented artist – there wasn’t a medium he couldn’t work with. Painting and drawing were his expertise; he has artwork featured in museums across the United States and in other countries. Jeff a was a big advocate for Native American Rights. He loved being in nature, especially hunting and fishing.

Jeff is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife; son, Richard Blake Carnahan; daughter, Sierra Cheyenne Fagg (John S.).
