Jessica Rose Owens, 45. Of Terre Haute passed away Thursday June 25, 2026 in Westridge Health Care. She was born July 27, 1980 in Terre Haute to Stanley and Lucinda Faye (Roadman) Owens. Jessica is survived by her husband, Randy Duncan; father, Stanley Owens; step-son, Anthony Duncan; sister, Jennifer Owens; step-brothers, Kevin Bolinger and Randy Bolinger; nieces, Rosie Raney, Lilly Raney, and Scarlet Burns and nephews, Jhasen Burns and Tyler James Wilson along with other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucinda Owens and her step-mother, Donna Owens. Jessica loved doing crafts and going to the drive-in movies. She also liked playing Hello Kitty, Island Adventure. Visitation will be Monday June 29, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
