Jessie J. Neff, 65, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020 at her residence surrounded by family.  She was born April 9, 1955 in Roswell, New Mexico to Edward E. Hunnicutt and Ruth Eloise Gibson Hunnicutt.  Jessie graduated from West Vigo High School.  She worked for CBS Tapes and Records from 1979 to 1983.  She then graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1985 and became an ordained Minister of the Gospel.  She served as Associate Pastor with her husband in Charleston, Illinois from 1987-1989.  Then they moved to Effingham, Illinois and she was co-pastor along with her husband from 1989-2014. Together they did many mission trips all over the world.  J.C. and Jessie settled in Terre Haute and she again was co-pastor with her husband at Faith Outreach Family Church from 2014 to present.

Jessie is survived by her husband J.C. Neff, sister Judy K. McCain of Terre Haute and brother Edward Hunnicutt (Trish) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, nieces and nephews, Jimmy Simpson (Sandy), LeeAnn Jelinick (Jim), Jinnifer Anderson, Carol Ann Rice (Roy), Angie Pound, Bob McKown (Joylynn),Hannah Hunnicutt,   A.J. Neff, Allison Neff , Caleb Nef, Tiff Neff, Brandon Neff, Heidie Neff, Libby Godbey(Cliff); brothers-in-law Andy Neff (Michelle) and James Simpson,  and several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Barbara Simpson, brother Gary Wayne Hunnicutt, and brother-in-law John McCain.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at the Faith Outreach Family Church located at 3001 Wallace Avenue, Terre Haute from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Guinn Shingleton will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt.
