Jo Ann Wordsworth, 74, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024.  She was born November 17, 1949, in Terre Haute to John T. Wright and Mable I. Schallberg Wright-Bond.  Jo was an avid fan of the Bee-Gee's.  She enjoyed gardening, spending time outdoors and being down by the river.  Jo worked at Hamilton Center for many years as a support staff with addiction programs.  She was a life-long supporter of A.A.  Meeting those that were struggling with recovery and inspiring them gave her a great sense of accomplishment and self-worth.  She loved dogs and all animals.  Her grandchildren brought her the most joy.

Jo is survived by daughters Amy Edwards (Rob) and Dawn Wade (J.J.), grandchildren Brayden Edwards (Carlie), Chandler Edwards, Foster Edwards, Kassie Wade and Kiersten Wade, brother David Wright, her long-time companion Jerry Pipkins and his family, beloved dog Mr. Gibbs, as well as many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
